(Night Shift - US Calendar & Time) - Urgent

Primary Scope of Work
• Contacting potential clients to establish new business connection
• Planning & advising new marketing initiatives
• Carry our research to enlarge the potential client base
• Increase the value of current customers
• Finding new market to develop the business
• Develop preliminary quotes and proposals for Clients
• Develop goals for the development teams & ensure that they are met
• Identify client requirements and provide resolutions as required

Qualification
• Possess a degree or Diploma in Marketing, HND in Business Management or MBA
• IELTS Qualification candidate would be an added advantage
• Previous experience in the field of BPO / Out bound calls would be an added advantage.
• Age between 20 - 35 years
• Moderate computer skills
• B2B marketing Knowledge would be an added advantage

Requirements
• Extreme Level verbal and written communication skills in English (Speaking, Writing & Reading – Very Important)
• Work Smart with common sense
• Strong Negotiation skills to handle outbound clients
• Able to work on Night Shift (US Time Zone)
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with tackling the critical situation
• Patient and able to handle client’s rejection
• Capability to work on own initiative
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Very good handling skills in telephone calling systems
