12,000/- Per Month for the 10ft X 15 Ft Room Minimum Rental period 6 months
If you wish to leave before, your security will be utilized as compensation.
When you occupy you will pay 24,000 as one month rent and security. Maximum Occupants, limited to 1 person only. Payments are due at the end of each month,
Electricity & Water is free Yet if used Excessively, utility bills will be shared.....
