At Brasov Professional Group we are a growing group of companies doing electrical and mechanical construction work in Romania, Germany, and the Netherlands, with emphasis on apartments and commercial and institutional installations.

We are looking for an experienced electrical engineer with solid experience in planning and managing electrical construction sites. You will have a diploma in electrical engineering from a recognized university located in the UK or other countries of the European Union. (For universities recognized as equivalent to German universities, please search https://anabin.kmk.org/no_cache/filter/hochschulabschluesse.html).Please note that your studies must actually have taken place in the EU. A European branch university located outside the EU does not qualify by German law. Your diploma will be examined by the German Chamber of Trades to see if you could qualify to be the technical leader of an electrical company. Since demand for electrical engineers and electricians in Germany exceeds the supply available in Europe, we are now expanding our horizons into India. We chose India as our prime overseas source market, because of personal connections and proven track record as a good source of electricians. A good command of English is a prerequisite. German would be even better.
You may have a dual role of planning construction sites in Romania and then participate in the execution on site in Western Europe.
The application process will be as follows:
- You send us a meaningful CV and letter of intent
- We conduct a first interview over a video conferencing programme, like Skype, Whatsapp or IMO
- If we think there is a fit, we will need your university diploma in English language or German for submission to the German authorities
- If they accept your application, we will either submit a hiring request to the Romanian or the German authorities. This will be decided later in the process.
Please note that under certain circumstance, your family may be allowed to move to Europe.Our compensation schemes are highly dependent on qualifications and performance, and range from 2000 Euros to 5000 Euros net. Our top performers have even done better than that, but this means highly productive and high quality execution of works.
